Fleet Sales Administrator

The Role

We are seeking a Fleet Sales Administrator to join Marshall’s Fleet Group Corporate Sales division based in Newbury and play a key part in managing the corporate/fleet vehicle sales process. This role will be responsible for building credibility with major corporate clients through consistent and reliable delivery. This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

What does a Fleet Sales Administrator do?

• Work closely with corporate clients providing attentive customer service
• Lead all post-sale related administration processes for fleet sales
• Provide client quotations, order vehicles, allocate vehicle registration numbers, tax new vehicles and produce client invoices
• Liaise with the vehicle prep centre to ensure vehicles complete a pre-delivery inspection and are valeted
• Arrange vehicle delivery or collection by the client

Required Skill and Experience

The ideal candidate will have previous fleet sales administration experience with experience in all aspects of the post-sale process. In addition to your experience, you will demonstrate the following skills:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build long standing relationships
