The Role
We are seeking a qualified MET Technician to join a team of specialist at Marshall’s Paint & Body Repair Centre, Newbury and assist in providing a high quality and efficient vehicle Body repair offering for our customers.
This is a great opportunity to work on prestige vehicles with an established and experienced team.
Your working rota will be Monday-Friday with every weekend and all Bank Holiday's off, this role also offers a generous OTE and Bonus Package.
What will I do on a daily basis?
Undertake replacement of damaged or compromised bodywork panels
Undertake suspension, mechanical repair / replacement and ADAS alignment
Undertake vehicle diagnostic, system resets and control unit programming
Accurately assess vehicle damage and apply appropriate methods to produce a high quality repair
Ensure all repair works meet internal and third parts quality standards
Work as part of a team to ensure bodyshop operations run efficiently and safely
What skills or qualifications do I need?
You will be a ATA or NVQ Level 3 qualified MET or Light Vehicle technician with experience in a bodyshop environment. In addition to your prior experience, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
High quality standards with strong attention to detail, strong customer service focus with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience, outstanding organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
