Sales Ledger Administrator

Guest Motors Limited – West Bromwich

We are recruiting for a Sales Ledger Administrator based at our West Bromwich site.

Financial Controller

Hours of Work:

8:30am – 5:00pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday

1 Hour Break or 30 Minute Break

37.5 hours per week

Main Duties and Responsibilities

·       Processing and allocating daily receipts to include cash, cheques and bacs payments across 3 sales ledgers.

·       Follow up work on un-allocated receipts.

·       Delivering cheques and cash to local bank weekly or as and when required.

·       Dealing with incoming customer communications by phone and email.

·       Obtaining references and setting up of new customer accounts.

·       Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
