Do you have demonstrable experience in leading and inspiring a team to deliver on service expectations and sales objectives? If so, we have just the job for you. Our Middlesbrough Ford site is looking for a Business Manager to join their vibrant team. With this role comes a competitive basic salary of 35K and a generous OTE.
Our Business Managers are the driving force behind the success of our sales teams'. They live and breathe the Lookers' values and inspire their team by leading by example. They are commercially savvy, with the ability to influence and negotiate a sale while developing long term, meaningful relationships with our customers.
You will have previous management experience in the automotive industry, as well as a track record of coaching and developing sales teams. You will be passionate about delivering first class customer experiences.
Experience monitoring financial performance against budget, as well as the ability to identify and address shortfalls is a must. It is important that you have a sound understanding of financial and insurance product regulations.
You will require a full UK driving licence for this position.
