Workshop Controller - Premium Dealership

Salary - £26,000 OTE £40,000

Richard Abson Group are currently assisting a premium car dealership based in Stratford in finding them an experienced Workshop Controller.

Your role will be to oversee and manage the daily workloads for 7 Technicians, support the 3 Service Advisors to manage expectations and maximise the efficiency and performance of the workshop. You’ll be making sure all servicing work is carried out accurately, competently and on time, with customer satisfaction in mind. Accurately recording Technician time and writing technical reports and recommendations and working with the Service Advisors to ensure service standards with customers are met.

You’ll work Monday to Friday 8:30 – 18:00 and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (option to work more at overtime). The dealership offer a basic of £26,000 OTE £40,000! The bonus is paid on labour sales.
