Vauxhall's new Corsavan will make its show debut at the Commercial Vehicle show at Birmingham's NEC next month (March 20-22).

The show will also give potential buyers the chance to examine the Vivaro mid-range van due to go on sale in the summer and the Movano range, which will represented by four models, including a new 15-seater minibus.

The new Corsavan has a load volume of 1,000 litres and one trim level.

Engines are a 1.2-litre petrol engine rated at 75PS and two 1.7-litre direct injection turbodiesel engines developing either 65PS or 75PS.

Standard features include power steering, a driver's airbag, active head restraints and Vauxhall's patented pedal release system. A tachometer, clock and radio/cassette are also standard. A heavy-duty partition is fitted behind the front seats.

Payload limit of the Corsavan is between 455kgs and 495kgs depending on the engine size. The tailgate, which is more than a metre wide, makes loading particularly easy.
