QH website to 'reduce costs' for consumers

Aftermarket parts supplier Quinton Hazell revealed its new website – – at the show as it prepares for an e-commerce explosion.

The site allows customers 24-hour access to Quinton Hazell's stock, enabling online purchases, and offers technical tips.

Publicity manager Roy Leatham said: “The database has been set up to meet each customer's requirements, for example, on delivery times and discounts. It is a live system, so customers can instantly check availability. They can also track their order.”

The system will save time for QH and its customers, reducing admin costs and the chance of incorrect orders. It will be further developed to include more product information.
