Vauxhall has appointed Carter & Carter and Nobilas to jointly operate its Accident Support contact and referral process.

The 11-year-old accident management service gives franchised dealer bodyshops an opportunity to increase business and provides support in converting estimates into repairs.

Customers calling the Vauxhall Accident Support centre can have recovery arranged to any approved accident repair centre.

Earlier this year Vauxhall appointed Dale Britten and Robert Dewe as bodyshop inspection managers, charged with ensuring the 165 repairers in its approved network fulfil its standards of repair and customer service quality.
