Lancashire-based Caledonia Fiat and Alfa Romeo has been named the UK’s Aftersales Distinction Dealer of the Year by Fiat Auto UK, at an awards ceremony held in Rome.

More than 220 dealerships from across the UK entered the programme, which encourages and supports the dealer network to develop and maintain a level of aftersales service that exceeds customers’ expectations.
