“All Makes is simply about GSF growing in line with customer requirements,” says managing director, Stan West.
“Let us be clear – we are not moving away from our traditional specialist area, this will remain water tight. However, we are listening to customer feedback and extending our offering to match this,” he adds.
GSF says that the new range will see the original customer offering enhanced with high quality parts sourced directly from major original equipment suppliers. It is part of the overall target for GSF to significantly enhance its customer satisfaction levels, along with turnover in 2006.
“Although we cannot give out exact figures, we are confident that the move will significantly impact our end of year turnover. We are moving into new markets with great opportunities for further development. Expansion and market growth will logically follow as a result,” says marketing manager Jonny West.
The range went live at the beginning of April and GSF is carrying out a series of regional focus groups to increase customer awareness of opportunities in the aftermarket.
The company says it plans to develop the programme by working closely with its garage partners and building consumer awareness on a region by region basis across the UK.
