Land Rover hopes to boost staff knowledge

Land Rover's staff have been playing an online pub based quiz to help them better understand the brand and its products.

Web specialist Netro42 was commissioned to create a new and engaging way of educating back office staff, such as receptionists and administrators, for this year’s Land Rover Brand Challenge.

The quiz challenges employees to answer a series of questions on technical and financial details of current Land Rover models.

After a successful pilot scheme, the game is set to be made re-run at Land Rover's head office this autumn.

Netro42 has clarified that it will not be made available to the dealer network, and is not for staff in sales roles.
