Used car marketing operation Exchange and Mart is rewarding loyal car dealers with discounts when they refer other motor retailers.
Referring new and used car dealers receive a 20% discount when the first of its recommended dealers sign up to Exchange and Mart, and 5% for subsequent sign-ups. Referrers can receive up to a 50% subscription discount.
Since the scheme launched three months ago, 10% of the Exchange and Mart trade community have recommended on average 3 dealers each, a third of whom have signed up and are live today.
Jeff Sweeney, online sales manager for Exchange and Mart, says, “It is important for us to continue to rejuvenate the dealer community subscribing to Exchange and Mart.
"The recession means that car buyers are savvier than ever and we want to help as many dealers as possible to reach these consumers, giving them the opportunity, without any restrictions to advertise the great deals available.
