Helphire non-exec director quits

Avril Palmer-Baunack has stepped down from the board of accident management group Helphire.

Her resignation was announced this morning.

Richard Rose, chairman, said:  "Avril has recently become non-executive chairman of Molins plc as well as continuing in her full time role as chief executive at Autologic Holdings plc.

"We understand the time constraints this imposes and thank Avril for her contribution to the group and wish her every success in respect of her recent appointment."

The group is now looking for a replacement non-executive director.
