Manheim has launched Manheim Direct, a new trade sales operation offering dealers access to immediately purchase from a rolling stock of up to 1,000 vehicles a day.
Available from the new www.manheimremarketing.co.uk website, vehicles from Manheim Direct are either bought over the phone or online using a unique new ‘Buy Now’ facility.
The service is also backed by a remarketing-industry first: ‘Live Chat’ functionality.
Manheim Direct replaces Manheim’s previous trade sales operation vehicle remarketing solutions (vrs).
Vehicles sold through Manheim Direct come from major fleet and leasing companies and manufacturers.
Stock will be physically located at a variety of locations throughout the UK including Manheim auction centres as well as the 16-acre Manheim Direct Coventry headquarters.
The stock available will be reviewed and updated continually.
Access to purchase Manheim Direct stock is exclusive to motor trade account holders via the new website.
In addition to the new ‘Buy Now’ option, additional services include the ability for trade buyers to place online bids for vehicles and discuss stock in realtime online with a dedicated sales and support team using the new ‘Live Chat’ functionality.
In addition to the new online innovations, Manheim Direct will also maintain the traditional telephone-based sales support for buyers who prefer to talk in person.
