Vauxhall spreads the Masterfit message

Vauxhall is reminding customers of its Masterfit promise to encourage them into its workshops.

“We want to offer excellent service to our customers on all levels,” said Vauxhall service channel manager, Belinda Craik.

“Our Vauxhall MasterFit promise offers six layers of assurance to Vauxhall MasterFit customers: convenience, price, professionalism, transparency, latest technology and value.

"In combination, these make it one of the most comprehensive packages available in the automotive service industry.”

Under the promise, customers can enjoy flexible booking times and a while-you-wait service on tyres, batteries and exhausts. All Vauxhall MasterFit retailers are a one-stop shop for all types of Vauxhall servicing and offer a free courtesy vehicle or local collection with annual services and warranty work.

“At Vauxhall MasterFit, we also provide a value-for-money service, so we will match any like-for-like service and repair quotes from local competitors and offer no-obligation advice on both essential and non-essential work,” continued Craik.

Its Vauxhall MasterFit Service Club also offers members the added benefits of discounts on parts and labour for older vehicles; those two to three years old receive a 15% discount, those four to seven years old receive 20% and vehicles eight years and older enjoy a discount of 25% and half price MOTs at participating retailers.

Craik said the Vauxhall MasterFit promise is about adding value to its customer offering. It's a commitment to high standards of service, and customers’ vehicles getadded benefits of a free wash and vac, plus free wiper and external bulb fitting with annual services.
