The series of senior management changes at Mazda Motors UK continues with the appointment of David Wilson-Green to the role of aftersales director.

Wilson-Green’s appointment follows the recent promotion of previous aftersales director Steve Jellis to fleet and remarketing director, after incumbent Peter Allibon became sales director, replacing the departing Mark Cameron.

Wilson-Green joined Mazda in 2002 as brand manager and most recently held the position of national sales manager.

“David brings an excellent and deep understanding of our network partners to this role and will further develop our strategies to optimise this key aspect of our business.

"He is well known to Mazda dealer staff and, coupled with his experience as UK brand manager, will lead the department to great things,” said Jeremy Thomson, managing director, Mazda UK.

Wilson-Green had started his career at Massey Ferguson, before progressing through Kia UK, the MCL Group (the Mazda distributor pre-dating MMUK), and as marketing manager at JCB.
