A franchised car dealer in Cornwall has submitted a planning application for an extension to its showroom.
Hawkins Motors employs more than 200 people across Cornwall and its plans to expand its Blackwater dealership are part of broader investment in the county, leading to more employment opportunities.
Director James Hawkins told local journalists: "Hawkins Blackwater has seen a wave of growth of the Hyundai brand and with additional combined car sales with Citroen and used cars this has endorsed the need for additional work areas and possible fast fit operations."
