The Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) is inviting dealers to take part in a free trial of a new management and leadership profiling tool called AMA Trait.
AMA Trait has been designed to evaluate the traits and likely competencies of individuals within automotive leadership roles.
The tool can be used by employers in the quest to recruit and develop managers.
The tool come in the form of an online survey which takes 10 – 15 minutes to complete and dealers receive two free reports with personal insight into an individual’s potential at the end of the study in October.
Dealers can only access to the free trial and two reports until September 14.
