Lexus UK appoints Reevoo for customer reviews

Lexus UK has appointed Reevoo to provide its independent customer reviews service on its website.

Richard Balshaw, director of Lexus UK, said: “Other people’s opinions are valuable when it comes to buying a new car.

“It is also important to be able to respond to any concerns or questions. Giving potential customers access to genuine opinions and experiences, submitted by existing Lexus owners and independently sourced is a great way to help them.”

Verified customer reviews supplied by Reevoo will help prospective Lexus buyers learn what existing customers think about their car. This includes scores attributed to different features such as build quality, comfort and fuel economy.

The ‘Ask an Owner’ feature will also allow potential customers to put questions directly to verified owners and receive first-hand answers.

    This is a welcome and overdue step. I have recently been completely ripped off by Lexus and have had the situation made even worse by Lexus Customer Relations team who simply have not wanted to know. I wonder how many other customers have had either good or, in my case, completely scandalous experiences. For my money, I would like to see Lexus embrace this in terms of the satisfaction of the dealer network - not just the cars themselves. My car is great is but the dealer network has been absolutely abysmal which ihas completely ruined what should have been a very nice car.
