AM100 car dealer Ridgeway Group is hoping to build a two-storey Audi dealership serving Oxford.
It has submitted plans for a plot on Oxford Business Park, on which it wants to create a two storey showroom and workshop with 177 spaces for used car display and customer parking.
It would become the new home for its current Oxford Audi business in Kidlington, which has outgrown its facilities.
However charity Oxfam, which is based near the proposed site, is objecting to the development.
It argues there is a lack of sustainable travel options in the business park and fears congestion in the area would worsen.
