Philip Swatman, the non-executive chairman of Cambria Automobiles, has invested in the dealer group.
Raigersfield Capital Limited, a family company controlled by Swatman and his wife Rosemary, acquired 165,000 ordinary shares at 30.5 pence per share
Following the transaction, Swatman and persons related to him are interested in 165,000 ordinary shares or approximately 0.17% of the Cambria's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
