Roberts was clear when asked how he will judge whether he has been successful in this post.

“I want a robust successful network with about 12% retail market share, resulting from fantastic product, strong brand awareness, better trained people giving a better experience leading to improved customer satisfaction. This is all achievable. We have robust plans to ensure it is,” he said.
