Nearly a quarter of a million car owners have signed up for a new community hub, MyMotoring, two months after its launch.
MyMotoring offers MoT and service, road tax, insurance and warranty reminders have been a hit, as well as being a social media channel where consumers can share pictures and video and ask for advice and support from the motoring community of owners and dealers.
It has been launched by Motoring.co.uk and has 248,000 registered users - and is on track to achieve 500,000 by January 2015.
Terry Hogan, Motoring.co.uk managing director, said: “We are speaking with dealers and manufacturers to discuss how MyMotoring can help them with the change of ownership problem and also enable them to engage with car owners throughout the car owning life cycle.”
Motoring.co.uk is launching a new dealer hub for aftersales and a MyMotoring app in early 2015.
