Nigel Jeremy, global head of learning, recruitment and organisation development for Marks and Spencer, will present his approach to an employee centric culture at the next AM Executive Breakfast Club on August 15, 2014.

The meeting will take place at the Simpson's in the Strand, London and attendance is exclusive and free to board level franchised dealer directors.

Jeremy has led the learning and development functions for HBOS, Vodafone, Easyjet and, since 2009, has held his current position at Marks and Spencer operating across 55 countries with over 85,000 staff.

He has expertise in creating talent and performance cultures and his presentations find ways to make the complex issues of leadership and management psychology simple and practical.

Jeremy gained his BSc at the University of Manchester with First Class Honours. He is an associate of the Institute of Financial Services, a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and is a licensed NLP Programmer.

His first book, The Ten Management PEPs (Plain English Principles for Being a Great People Manager) was published in 2006.
