More than 30 companies are supporting Bradford-based JCT600 as it embarks on its own Grand Depart, cycling 600 miles in just five days for charity.

The ride will visit all 47 of its dealerships from Lincolnshire up to the North East in a bid to raise £10,000 for its chosen charity of 2014, Association of Young People with ME (AYME).

The core team of eight cyclists from JCT600 will be joined by over 20 colleagues along the way and the peloton will further swell as representatives from JCT600’s partner companies which are supporting the charity ride, take to the road too. The latest sponsors to lend their support include Lupton Fawcett, Deloitte, Pure Data Solutions, Veolia, Lloyds, HSBC and Car Benefit Solutions as well as many more.

Nigel Shaw, director of JCT600, said: "After the phenomenal success of Yorkshire’s hosting of the Grand Depart , it’s fantastic to see that the Tour legacy lives on with almost 60 colleagues and contacts from businesses we work closely with, enthusiastically taking to two wheels to join our mammoth charity cycle ride."
