Porsche has successfully maintained its image as one of the top sportscar producers at the same time as expanding its range to include SUVs and saloons.

The SUV revolution has continued in 2014 with the introduction of the Macan, sitting below the Cayenne in the 4x4 range, with reports suggesting unrivalled driving dynamics for a car of its type.

The Panamera saloon was facelifted for 2014 and included a plug-in hybrid for the first time. With CO2 emissions of 71g/km, there is an opportunity to attract company directors who work inside the London congestion charge zone.

The adoption of diesel options in Cayenne and Panamera in the past few years has helped  to increase the company car appeal of these vehicles, and although the dealer network is small, Porsche has an appetite to supply the leasing industry and seeks to be competitive with other premium brands on SMR.
