Missed upsell opportunities revealed by 40 year veteran of the repair sector at AM event

Charles Eveson, managing director of Oxfordshire-based authorised Ford repairer Kernahan Service will reveal lessons learned from nearly 40 years in the franchised and independent sector at the AM Aftersales Conference in April.

Since taking over Kernahan Service in August 2011, Eveson and his team have increased sales by over 34%.

At the conference, he will look at how franchised dealers can maximise aftersales by changing their methods, as well as where they may be missing key upsell opportunities.

The AM Aftersales Conference 2015 is taking place on Thursday, April 16 at the Heythrop Park Hotel in Oxfordshire (OX7 5UE or OX7 5UF).

Aftersales - today, tomorrow and beyond is the theme, and the event will show how a changing world can present new opportunities in the aftersales arena.

As well as a range of main stage speakers from the automotive sector and beyond, there will be workshops covering a wide variety of aftersales topics with the goal of helping franchised dealers become more profitable.

Further details on speakers and workshops will continue to be announced on the event website www.aftersalesconference.co.uk

Tickets are available to dealers and manufacturers, with a limited number of supplier tickets on sale. To book, please contact Emma-Louise Kinnaird on 01733 395133, email emma-louise.kinnaird@bauermedia.co.uk or visit the booking pages.
