Toyota targets older cars for servicing with 20% discount offer

Toyota is looking to attract older cars back into its UK dealer network for servicing with 20% off as part of its new 5+ Club.

Owners qualify for membership automatically if their Toyota car, van or pick-up is between five and 16 years old.

Customers have to complete an online registration form to join up. There is no joining fee or annual subscription charge.

Once approved, 5+ Club members receive a welcome letter and a membership card which they can use to secure 20% reductions on the standard cost of interim and full vehicle services and the annual MoT test at participating Toyota centres.

The work will be carried out by Toyota-trained technicians and original parts and equipment will be fitted, all with a one-year warranty. Customers can have their car serviced while they wait and will be offered a free vehicle health check and car wash, subject to availability.

Rob Giles, Toyota GB customer service director, said: “We’re proud that our vehicles last so long and the new Toyota 5+ Club is a way we can celebrate that fact and reward customer loyalty with genuine savings on top-quality servicing, maintenance and repairs.

“With the thorough, professional care provided by our highly skilled, factory-trained technicians, we can also help owners make the most of their car for many more years to come.”
