ATS Euromaster has said its new Hull tyre fitting and service centre is rapidly attracting new fleet and business customers due to its plug-in and commercial vehicle expertise.

The new location has only been open for two months but has already achieved a higher Net Promoter Score (NPS) score than the ATS average, and on limited satisfaction scores, was already achieving 8.5 out of 10.

The new premises allows for commercial vehicle servicing including MOT work for class 4 and 7 commercials and for trained technicians to perform routine maintenance on EVs and hybrid vehicles.

ICE vehicles continue to be serviced for maintenance, MOTs and tyre services, and there are additional services including battery diagnostics and replacement, suspension checks and computerised wheel alignment. All vehicles receive a free Digital Vehicle Health check as part of any work carried out.

Mark Holland, operations director at ATS Euromaster, said: “We invested in these premises to meet the needs of today’s drivers, and in just a couple of months, we have been able to prove we can deliver on that.

“What is great is that we have seen a big demand from customers and increased our headcount in the centre to match demand.”
