Vantage Motor Group has completed a roll-out of the cloud-based Dealerweb showroom management solution. The new strategy will encompass Vantage’s full network of 22 sites across the Midlands and Northern England.

Vantage Motor Group’s sales administration needs are becoming more complex as the group expands – so far in 2015 it has taken on new franchises with Honda, Škoda and Mazda.

Dealerweb will replace a number of Vantage’s existing paper-based and electronic systems, and will cover every aspect of the group’s sales process for new and used vehicles, including leads management, quotes configuration, customer order building and automated reporting for sales activity, profit and F&I.

Every member of Vantage’s new and used car sales teams received on-site training from Dealerweb to enable staff to get the most from the new system.

Vantage sales managers and senior staff will be able to access Dealerweb’s reporting facility to gain real-time analysis of productivity and profit levels. A replacement for manually-collated, spreadsheet based reports, Dealerweb will save time for sales management and afford senior management a real-time reporting mechanism to aid key business decisions.

Andrew Mallory, group operations director at Vantage Motor Group, said: “With volume increasing at a sustainable rate across the group and with more franchises coming on board, we need a system to make the sales process more consistent and more efficient, whilst saving time for our management teams as well.

“Dealerweb will allow everyone in our business, from frontline sales staff to regional directors, to streamline their workload and make more time for managing daily enquiries and supporting their sales teams.”

Vantage will also be rolling out Dealerweb’s new part-exchange appraisal app for iPad, DealerwebPro, which has been designed to replace paper-based part-exchange appraisal forms.
