Stowmarket-based Jeffries of Bacton is sponsoring a local fundraiser's charity bike challenge to ride from Land’s End to John O’Groats in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust.

The dealership is supplying an Isuzu D-Max support vehicle for Aaron Stephens' eight day, 900 mile journey. He will depart Land’s End on August 14 and aims to arrive in John O’Groats on August 21.

Philip Jeffries, dealer principal at Jeffries of Bacton, said: "Teenage Cancer Trust is a very deserving charity, it has helped many young people fight cancer and gives much support to them and their families in the special units all over the country.

"Jeffries has always supported the charity in various ways via the Rotary Club of Stowmarket, when Aaron said he was taking on this cycle ride we felt the best way to speed him on his way was with the support of the Isuzu D-Max to help him meet the challenges that lay ahead."
