Swansway Jaguar has revealed that the Crewe dealership is already performing above target in its first two months of opening.
Opened in April of this year, the dealership claims it had no existing customers to fall back on, a challenge that Swansway Jaguar’s head of business Matt Hill described as being "a mixture of daunting and exciting".
He said: "Swansway have invested around £5.5 million building the new centre, so there was, and still is, a real need to leave the blocks, sprinting hard, from day one
“We are in a really great location, Crewe Green Roundabout is incredibly busy and that means thousands of motorists pass us every day. We’ve found that curiosity makes many people pop in for a look around and that’s really great."
“The cars speak for themselves, they are very beautiful to look at, but also fabulous to drive and we’ve found that many people are surprised at the entry level prices, particularly of the F-Pace, an incredibly popular model which people believe is far more expensive than it actually is."
With no database and no parc of Jaguar owners in the area, the brand has attracted business from brands across the board.
The site has performed above target in all areas, but what Hill was most proud about was the exceptional result in aftersales where the dealership is now No.1 in the UK for customer satisfaction with a near-perfect score of 94.1 out of 100.
Hill said: “We’re the first dealership in the country to achieve such a high score, 94.1 is fantastic and a real testament to the team we have here, who are committed to making the experience of owning a Jaguar a really great one."
