Swansway appoints new Fiat aftersales manager in Chester

Matt Haden has been promoted to Fiat aftersales manager at Swansway following 11 years with the company.

Having joined the family-owned Swansway Group as a service advisor based at Crewe Audi in 2006, Haden (pictured) has had roles that included a workshop controller, senior service advisor and assistant aftersales manager.

He said: “I’ve been working my way towards this role since I started with Swansway, gaining qualifications and accreditations along the way.”

Swansway Group director David Smyth said: “Just recently we’ve promoted quite a number of our staff to new and challenging roles in our business. It’s exciting and really pleasing, for us, as a family business, to see our employees thrive and grow.”
