Jardine Motor Group has launched a recruitment drive for its multi-million pound Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Slough, in a bid to attract new talent to staff the facility.

Customer service, sales and support staff are all part of the latest push to find staff fpor the showrooms, along with a number of vacancies for technicians.

Jardine Motors Group’s HR director, Clare Martin (pictured), said: “It’s an exciting time to enter the automotive industry, which is why we are investing in our teams in Slough.

"We need people who take pride in their work, have ambitions to be the best and want to deliver an exceptional customer experience."

Martin said that Jardine offered employees flexible working, 33 days annual leave and industry-leading pay and benefit packages.

She added: “With the exception of technicians, we do not require prior experience in the automotive industry; in fact, as we grow, and prepare for cars with new technology, we are bringing in more people from other industries to work for us.

"As an example, last month 52% of our new recruits were from outside of our industry. All we ask is for passionate individuals who want to provide our customers with outstanding service.”
