The event, which will attract 500-plus franchised dealer, manufacturer and independent visitors, will feature seminars offering insights from the likes of ICDP managing director Steve Young and IMI chief executive Steve Nash.

A future dealership zone will deliver insight into the technological developments on their way in the next decade and offer advice to help future-proof dealerships in a fast-evolving retail environment.

Automotive Management Live GDPR seminarIn the IMI People Theatre sessions will be offered to advise retailers on recruitment, training and workforce welfare, while an update on the roll-out of GDPR will aim to answer the question “What now?”

And for some franchised retailers the event will also be cause for celebration as a roll call of top-performing businesses receive UK Best Dealerships to Work For accreditation from AM.

AM Editor Tim Rose said: “This promises to be an unmissable day for franchised and independent motor retailers packed with products, services and insights which can be taken away top help grow business in another challenging year for automotive retailers.”

Sytner Group managing director, Darren Edwards, described Automotive Management Live as “a superb event”, adding: “It allowed automotive professionals to network and discuss opportunities with some interesting potential business partners.

“Looking forward to next years' event.”

Jeremy Evans, managing director at Marketing Delivery, added: “Automotive Management Live was the culmination of our Best Practice Programme with AM and allowed us to deliver our messages in person to potential new clients, many of whom had seen our hints, tips and articles during the year.

“The Masterclasses were really well attended, and a bigger venue for 2017 will help as we were ‘standing room only’ in both sessions. A well-attended, business-focussed event.”
