CarGurus has revealed its UK Top-Rated Dealer award recipients for 2019, with Marshams Car Sales receiving the accolade for a second consecutive year.
The awards, now in their third year, recognise dealerships that have offered outstanding customer service.
The awards are calculated based on thousands of dealer reviews left by car-buyers after contacting a dealer through the CarGurus platform.
CarGurus’ vice president of European sales Wendy Harris said: “It is fantastic to see so many dealers achieving such excellent reviews from buyers. Our Top-Rated Dealer awards are a way for us to reward those dealers who consistently delight customers and deliver an excellent buying experience.
“The awards also provide a great platform for dealerships to celebrate their achievement and demonstrate to potential customers how seriously they take customer service.”
This year’s awards saw nearly 10% of those dealers achieving an average five-star rating, highlighting the consistently exceptional level of service provided across the industry over the last 12 months.
