Volkswagen Van Centre Wrexham, part of Swansway Group, has appointed James Caffel as aftersales manager.
Caffel brings more than eight years’ of customer service experience, having held sales and servicing roles at various Volkswagen retailers.
He said: “I thoroughly enjoy working for Volkswagen and I’m delighted to now be part of the Swansway Group as they have such a good reputation across the brand network.
“My priority is customer care, so I will be reviewing existing practise and looking at ways in which to strengthen our service.”
Alan Austin, head of business at Volkswagen Van Centre Wrexham, said: “The experience James has in the motor industry, coupled with his enthusiasm for customer service, made him a great fit for this role. I believe he will be a great asset to my team.”
As editor, Tim is responsible for the media content, planning and production of AM's multiple channels (AM print and digital magazines, website, social media and contributing to our events planning). He interviews and writes about as many franchised dealer groups and UK divisions of motor manufacturers as possible, to explore the issues facing UK motor retail and understand what solutions dealers and suppliers are using to overcome these.
