Volkswagen Van Centre Wrexham, part of Swansway Group, has appointed James Caffel as aftersales manager.
Caffel brings more than eight years’ of customer service experience, having held sales and servicing roles at various Volkswagen retailers.
He said: “I thoroughly enjoy working for Volkswagen and I’m delighted to now be part of the Swansway Group as they have such a good reputation across the brand network.
“My priority is customer care, so I will be reviewing existing practise and looking at ways in which to strengthen our service.”
