BCA appoint new head of customer experience

BCA has appointed Stuart Gibbons to the role of head of customer experience.

Gibbons joins the business’ senior operational team and will be responsible for providing a seamless and customer focused service across the business, including the leadership of the buyer development team, digital operations, and customer services.

Simon Henstock, BCA’s chief operating officer UK Remarketing, said: “Stuart will drive a new focus around our service proposition. 

“His skills and previous experience will help us ensure that we develop our buyer offering to achieve a best in class service.

“We aim to use great service and the latest technology to make it as easier as possible to do business with BCA.”
