Mitsubishi Motors has targeted better communications with its customers after recruiting a new customer services manager.
Bryony Bradbury joins the team with over 20 years’ experience in the field and has been charged with reviewing the brand’s newly-introduced Contact Management System within the department to make the handling of customer communications more efficient.
Bradbury said: “I’m really looking forward to working with the highly experienced team here at Mitsubishi Motors.
“I will be managing the day to day activities of the team whilst looking across the whole organisation to understand where I can add even more customer satisfaction – our ethos is to provide excellent service and doing that at every opportunity is key.”
She added: “I can’t wait to get started working with a very knowledgeable customer service team who have 58 years’ worth of Mitsubishi Motors experience between them.”
