Lead management platform enquiryMAX has strengthened its management team after adding 100 car retailers to its roster in recent months.

Adrian Favill joins the business as director of technology and Pamela Parkinson as director of client services.

Favill will report into managing director David Boyce and is responsible for maximising the operational efficiency of the platform, leading innovation and managing integration with leading DMS providers.

Parkinson will lead a client management team to ensure that users get the most from the platform and capturing feedback to drive further innovation.

David Boyce, managing director of enquiryMAX, said: “We are seeing unprecedented growth as more dealers turn to enquiryMAX to support their new and used sales.

“Our continued expansion will be underpinned by leading-edge technology and best in class customer service, so Adrian and Pamela are critical to our plans.”

EnquiryMAX has invested heavily in mobile technology to develop a cloud-based app solution for dealers.

It provides full reporting that enables the dealer to track customers, monitor marketing measures and track sales and now delivers sales lead management software and retail consultancy to over 600 dealers in the UK.
