Mitsubishi Motors in the UK appointed Rob Lindley as managing director following the departure of Lance Bradley.

After 18 years in the company, Bradley will move into the role of vice chairman, but will assist Lindley (pictured) during the transitional period.

Lindley began his automotive career with Ford Motor Company in 1989, progressing to managing director of both Mazda Motors in the UK and sales and marketing director (Global) for McLaren Automotive.

Most recently, he was the vice president and managing director of Harley-Davidson EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).

Lindley said: “Since importing its first vehicles in 1974, Mitsubishi Motors has grown to be a highly respected brand in the UK and there is tremendous potential to take it to even greater heights.

"I am very much looking forward to working to further develop the company and joining its established and very passionate team.”

Bradley said: “Rob is the perfect person to continue the growth of Mitsubishi Motors and under his leadership it will be in very safe hands.

“He has an excellent record for results and he is someone I have known and respected in the industry for many years.

"I am very pleased to welcome him to Mitsubishi Motors and look forward to working with him and seeing how the brand evolves under his expert guidance.”
