Swansway Group Crewe Seat dealership celebrates double management accreditation success

Swansway Group's Crewe Seat is celebrating its sales manager and aftersales manager’s official manufacturer accreditation after it became only the second Seat retailer in the UK to earn a double qualification in 2018.

Sales manager, Luc Woolcombe has been with Swansway group, which owns Crewe Seat for eight years, starting as a sales executive. Aftersales manager, Shane Prince, joined Swansway in 2009 as a service technician. 

Seat’s people development consultant, Tom Broom, said: “It’s such a pleasure to see people achieve their potential and particularly pleasing when you think that Luc and Shane’s achievements have made Crewe Seat one of only five dealers in the UK to have double accreditations in sales and aftersales managers; well done guys”.

Crewe Seat’s brand manager, Andrew Barnes, said: “It’s great to see members of our team, grow and progress; Luc and Shane are two very focussed young men and they should be very proud of their achievements. I look forward to seeing them grow and thrive in their roles”.
