Leasys names Alessandro De Santis as operations manager

Leasys has appointed Alessandrio De Santis as operations manager as part of an internal shake-up to support growth.

De Santis has 16 years of experience at Leasys, the contract hire division of FCA Group, most recently as network manager.

He will be responsible for improving processes and services at the business, which manages a fleet of more than 150,000 cars and vans, and will be supported by the newly joined Michela Bartoletti, operations specialist, who will assist with taking forward the operations business.

Giovanni Buscemi has also changed roles and is now sales and marketing manager, responsible for the contract hire sales and marketing team.

He joined FCA Automotive Services in January 2016 and brings 17 years of experience in both the leasing and manufacturer industry, holding positions in fleet business development and account management in Italy and the UK.

Both Buscemi and De Santis will report directly to Roberto Bellavia, Head of Leasys UK.
