Customer insight firm JudgeService has expanded its team with the appointment of a new Personal Home Page (PHP) developer and data support administrator.

Ian Naylor and Harry Alexander are the latest recruits to the JudgeService team following a ‘strong start to 2020’, the company said in a statement.

Naylor has joined the company after 11 years in a customer facing role where his skill set as a PHP developer is set to help growth and improve the technical side of the business.

Similarly, Alexander has a background in customer service and his new role will see him providing support to new and existing clients at the company.

Neil Addley, managing director at JudgeService, said: “We’re really pleased to welcome both Ian and Harry to JudgeService.

“As our business grows, we remain loyal to our key values. We believe great teams accomplish great things and every member of our team offers something new to the business which will help both our clients and theirs have great customer experiences across the automotive industry."

The company says that the two new appointments build on a year of business growth for the company which has seen more than 130 new clients signing up, and new surveys and marketing tools launched for its clients.
