JCT600's former head of marketing Charlotte Murray has joined Marketing Delivery as its new commercial director.

She will be responsible for leading the company’s next phase of sales growth and overseeing its technical partner programme.

Murray has worked in the automotive industry for more than 25 years, including more than 20 years in digital marketing with both agencies and retailers.

At the JCT600 dealer group, Murray managed omnichannel marketing and supported the connection of online to in-store experience on behalf of the AM100 group’s 52 sites and 22 franchise brands.

Also joining Marketing Delivery this month is Hollie Kemp, who becomes sales executive. Kemp spent the last nine years in vehicle sales roles at Lookers Mercedes-Benz. She will support the company’s business acquisition and retention activities.

“One of our key differentiators is that we recruit from within the motor retail sector; it’s a great way of ensuring our products address the specific needs of dealers and their customers,” comments Marketing Delivery’s managing director, Jeremy Evans. “Charlotte has fantastic experience and will help maintain our sales momentum, build new partnerships and counsel more clients on the benefits and practicalities of digital transformation.”

Murray added: “I’m thrilled to join Jeremy and his team and to play an important part in growing the business. I’ve known Marketing Delivery for many years and have seen the difference they can make. The whole team has been so welcoming, and I’m looking forward to getting stuck in.”

Marketing Delivery restructured its senior team with a string of internal promotions, last year, to support growing demand from franchised dealerships for digital automation in sales and aftersales.

The company has expanded its team over the past year and says these latest changes, effective immediately, will lay the foundations for a “refreshed technical focus”.
