Former Marque Group Solutions executive Andy Donaldson has been hired by Marketing Delivery to the newly created role of consulting sales director.

Donaldson has worked for the past 15 years in automotive technology businesses, most recently as sales director of Marque Group Solutions, previously known as Three60 CRM, and prior to that as sales director and board member of Chrysalis Solmotive, best known for their Key2Key sales retention application.

Donaldson added: “I’m thrilled to collaborate with a company that aligns so well with my core values and recognises that a good sales strategy is about building robust client relationships. Knowing and understanding a client’s motivations, priorities and pain points will help provide bespoke solutions that enhance their customer journey.”

Jeremy Evans, chief executive of Marketing Delivery, said: “One of our key differentiators is that most in our team are from automotive backgrounds, so we have an embedded understanding of our clients’ needs. Andy’s experience complements our existing skill set and cements our position as experts in retailer data and customer contact.

"With him on board, we can broaden awareness of our VoiceBox software and its value to retailers of all types – from franchises and independents to private and commercial outlets selling new and used bikes, cars and vans.”

Marketing Delivery said Donaldson will be responsible for driving UK sales growth, with a particular focus on creating commercial value for retailers from enhanced customer experiences.
