The government-approved garage scheme Motor Codes has revealed the UK's most trusted garages, as voted by customers of its garage network.

The shortlisted garages topped their regions following a three-month-long round of customer nominations.

The competition highlights the best-rated garages in each of the regions, and is an opportunity for motorists to recognise the excellent workmanship and first class customer service available from garages right across the country.

Motor Codes' online garage finder at motorcodes.co.uk holds thousands of online customer reviews, allowing consumers to find their closest, trusted government-approved garages wherever they are.

Managing director of Motor Codes Mark Terry said: “Motor Codes garages are providing first class service to motorists right across the UK, and we’re delighted to have this opportunity to celebrate the best in the business. These 11 regional winners are great ambassadors for the industry and they should be rightly proud of their achievement.” The overall ‘Garage of the Year’ will be announced at the Auto Express Car of the Year Awards on June 30.

8,000 garages make up the Motor Codes network.

Drivers who submitted reviews during the competition period have been entered into a prize draw to win a number of exhilarating driving days on offer.
