Automotive sales training company Symco Training has gained accreditation by the Institute of Motor Industry for its courses.

The IMI has quality-assured the Symco Training First 90 Days course, which has been devised to equip new employees with the competencies they need to thrive in their new position.

Delivered daily to the delegates inbox, in bite sized modules, all of the training can be completed without the delegate leaving the showroom, at their pace and from the day they join an organisation.

The course focuses on how to operate an effective sales process: building customer relationships; optimising the appeal of product specification; delivering outstanding customer service; overcoming objections and effectively closing vehicle sales.
