EDynamix have been certified to the ISO 27001 standard, demonstrating their readiness for new GDPR laws next May.

The accreditation demonstrates that, “eDynamix have all the necessary controls in place to help manage data security and minimise risk by pro-actively limiting the impact of a security or data breach”.

Iain Nickalls, eDynamix director, said: “We have worked extremely hard over the last 18 months to ensure that all of our internal and external systems, daily processes and procedures and data monitoring and controls are secure and robust and meet the very demanding requirements of the ISO standard.

“The standard also provides fundamental components of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which comes into force in May next year, and to which all our systems are compliant for security, consent, erasure and rectification through our unique GDPR Whitelisting solution.

“Having one provider for service plans, vehicle health checks, proactive follow up, online bookings and workshop and sales videos who send communication to customers on behalf of dealers, and who are ISO 27001 accredited makes it easier for them to manage and audit their supply chain and ensure ongoing GDPR compliance.”
