Cazana expands into US market with Robinson Advisory partnership

Lord Mayor of London, Charles Bowman, and Cazana’s chief executive Tom Wood

Cazana has announced its first US remarketing partnership with the Robinson Advisory as it takes the first steps towards an expansion across the Atlantic.

Cazana’s chief executive Tom Wood and Robinson Advisory LLC’s Ed Robinson, former chief executive of BMW Financial Services USA, signed the startups during Cazana’s trip to Boston and Chicago.

The trip, organised by the Lord Mayor of London, Charles Bowman, was intended to strengthen commercial ties between British and American companies.

Khan said: “I’m delighted that Cazana has established this new transatlantic partnership as part of our business delegation. It’s one example of how the mayoral visits can help bolster trade links for UK businesses around the world.

"Cazana’s innovative use of data to support the global automotive industry is a niche specialism and I wish the team the best of luck in gaining traction in the US market.”

Cazana hopes the partnership will grow its revenues in the US market, while highlighting the benefits of real time pricing, risk data in auto finance, leasing and insurance organisations in the USA.

Cazana’s chief executive, Tom Wood, said: “We’ve long recognised the US market as a huge opportunity for our innovative auto data.

"Having assessed a number of potential partners, we are excited to be partnering with Ed Robinson and his team who are superbly well connected in the US Auto leasing and manufacturer space.

“Together we see a significant opportunity in enabling finance and leasing products on new and older used vehicles and we're looking forward to growing the US market opportunity together.”
